Lemon is a vitamin C juggernaut, has antibiotic effects, and contains a unique substance called limonene with exceptional cancer-thwarting properties. The active substance in ginger called gingerol is also an immune-stimulating nutrient, while also offering antioxidant and anti-inflammatory protection. The essential oils in rosemary have antibiotic and immune-boosting effects, and also provide a nice, refreshing flavor to this infused water.
- 4 cups purified water
- 2 inch ginger knob, peeled and cut into slices
- 1 organic lemon, cut into slices
- 1 rosemary sprig
- Add all the ingredient into a pitcher, mix to combine, cover and let infuse overnight.
